• Lead clinical care on shift
• Support resident wellbeing with dignity and compassion

• Complete assessments, care plans and documentation to a high standard
🧡 What You Need
• NMC registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
• Confident leading a shift and making clinical decisions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Care home experience helpful but not essential
• Night shift confidence (if applicable)
